These terms apply when you buy from cuteangel.co.uk. Please read them before you order: they explain who we are, how we make and deliver your order, what to do if something is wrong and how to contact us.

About us
cuteangel.co.uk is run by Cute Angel, Inc. (“Cute Angel”, “we”, “us”).
- Email: Sales@cuteangel.co.uk. We normally reply within 24 hours.
- UK address: Times Bridal Dresses Limited, 1 Bellfield, Northfield, Birmingham, West Midlands, B31 1FH. Please don’t send returns to this address: see Returns and Exchanges.
If we need to contact you, we will write to the email address you gave us with your order.
Your order
- Our website is for customers buying for their own use. You must be 18 or over to place an order.
- When you place an order, we email you to say we have received it. We accept your order when we email you to confirm that your payment has arrived and that we are preparing your order. That is when the contract between you and us is formed.
- Sometimes we may be unable to accept an order, for example if a dress is no longer available, if there is a mistake in the price or description, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If so, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
- Please check your order carefully before you pay, especially the size, your child’s measurements and the colour. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.
- We take payment by PayPal. After you place your order, you send the amount to our PayPal account: the order confirmation page and our email show you exactly what to send. See How to Pay.
- We start preparing your order when your payment arrives. If we do not receive your payment, we will not make your order and may cancel it.
- If a price on our website is wrong, we will contact you before we accept your order. If we have already accepted your order and the mistake was obvious, we may cancel it and refund what you paid.
Making and delivery
- Most of our dresses are made to order. Making usually takes 4–9 days, then delivery takes 3–18 days depending on the delivery option you choose at checkout. See Shipping & Delivery.
- We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
- Delivery times are estimates. If you need your order by a particular date, such as a wedding or a first communion, please tell us when you order. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of accepting your order, or by a date we agreed was essential, you can cancel your order and we will refund you for anything we have not delivered.
- Your order is your responsibility from the time it is delivered to the address you gave us.
- Our dresses are handmade, so finished measurements can differ from the size chart by up to 2.5 cm (1 inch), and colours can look a little different on screen than in real life.
Changing your mind
- Standard sizes and ready-made items: you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of the day you receive your order. See Returns and Exchanges for how to send items back.
- Dresses made to your measurements (Custom Size) or to your own design: these are made specially for you, so the right to change your mind does not apply to them. You can still cancel within 12 hours of paying for a full refund; after that we may refund what you paid less a reasonable amount for the work and materials already used.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
If something is wrong
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you these rights:
- up to 30 days after delivery: you can reject it and get a full refund
- up to six months: if it can’t be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund in most cases
- up to six years: if it does not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back
Please email Sales@cuteangel.co.uk with your order number and photos of the problem. We pay the reasonable cost of returning faulty or wrong items. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights; for more information, visit Citizens Advice.
Our responsibility to you
- If we fail to keep to these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
- We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so: for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaking your legal rights in relation to the products.
- We supply our products for domestic and private use only, so we are not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
- If something outside our control, such as a courier strike or extreme weather, delays your order, we will tell you as soon as possible and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is long, you can cancel your order and we will refund you for anything you have paid for and not received.
Using our website
- You may use this website to browse and to shop for yourself. Please don’t copy, sell or reuse our photos, text or designs without our written permission: they belong to Cute Angel, Inc. or are used with permission. See our Intellectual Property Policy.
- If you open an account, keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Other important terms
- We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on our website when you placed it.
- If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
- If you have a complaint, please email us first: we will do our best to put things right quickly.
