How to report an infringement
Email Sales@cuteangel.co.uk with “IP complaint” in the subject line, and include:
- your name, postal address, phone number and email address
- the intellectual property you believe is infringed (for example a registered trade mark and its number, a design or a copyright work), and that you own it or are authorised to act for its owner
- a description of the item you believe infringes it, and the web address of each product page
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate
- your signature (an electronic signature is fine)
What happens next
- We acknowledge your notice and review it.
- Where appropriate, we remove the item from our website and tell you what we have done.
- We may share your notice with the supplier of the item.
- If you think we have removed something by mistake, email us with the details and we will look at it again.
