This policy explains what personal information Cute Angel collects when you use cuteangel.co.uk or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with and your rights. We never sell your personal information.

Who we are
Cute Angel, Inc. is responsible for the personal information described here (we are the “controller”). You can contact us about it at Sales@cuteangel.co.uk, or by post at our UK address: Times Bridal Dresses Limited, 1 Bellfield, Northfield, Birmingham, West Midlands, B31 1FH.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address and phone number; what you order and your choices, such as size, colour, your child’s measurements and any special requirements; and whether you have paid.
- When you pay: payments are made in PayPal. We see your PayPal name and email address and the amount you send, but never your card or bank details.
- If you open an account: your email address, your password (stored encrypted) and your orders.
- When you contact us: your messages and any photos you send us.
- When you write a review: your name, email address, rating and review.
- Technical information: your IP address and browser details, recorded with orders and reviews to help prevent fraud and spam.
Information about children. Our customers are adults buying for children. We only hold information about a child, such as measurements, because a parent or guardian gives it to us so that we can make the dress.

Who we share it with
We only share what each of them needs:
- PayPal, to process your payment
- our dressmakers, who receive the details needed to make your order, such as sizes and measurements
- delivery companies such as UPS, DHL, EMS, FedEx and TNT, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel
- the companies that host our website and email, who store information for us
- the police, courts or other authorities, if the law requires it
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Some of these companies, and our dressmakers, may be outside the UK. When we send personal information outside the UK, we make sure it is protected in the way UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
- Orders and the records about them: six years, for tax and accounting.
- Your account: until you ask us to close it.
- Emails and messages: up to two years after we last hear from you, unless they are about an order.
- Reviews: for as long as they are shown on our website.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use your information, or object to it
- ask for your information in a format you can take to another company
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it
To use any of these rights, email Sales@cuteangel.co.uk. We will reply within one month, and there is normally no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We only use the cookies our shop needs to work, so we don’t ask for your permission to use them. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but your basket and your account won’t work without them.
Keeping it safe
We take appropriate steps to protect your information: passwords are stored encrypted, only the people who need your information can see it, and payments are made in PayPal, so we never handle card details. We will never ask for your password or card details by email.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it last changed.
